The aforesaid matter pertains to the murder mystery of an Australain Girl in India. The aforesaid matter was extensively covered by Indian and International media. Adroit has successfully won the case.( Adroit represents the petitioner and it was a writ petition before the honble high court for the proper investigation of the matter.

Charles vs D. Monge

A dispute between two foriegn nationals in India pertaining to a property. The palace in question was a valuable peice of property and the ownership was disputed by the above nationals. We reprensent the plaintiff. The matter was covered by print media . We have won the dispute in favour of plaintiff.

ISKCON vs S.Dalal

 Adroit represented ISKCON ( international society of Krishna Consiouness.). The matter pertains to a very  important peice of property located inside the temple of ISKCON namely Govindas . Adroit filed numeruos petitions before the honble High Court in order to restore the possession in favour of plaintifff. The above matter was covered by print and electronic media. Adroit was successful in retaining the property in favour of ISKCON.

The aforesaid matter pertains to the poision issues of the founder Acharaya of ISKCON which had an extensive coverage by media and documentries were prepaired. The aforesaid matter was withdrawn by the petitioners later on. contested in High Court and Supreme court.

Rukma singh vs Suhaib Ilyasi

The matter pertains to the custody of the child Aaliya of Suhaib Ilyasi ( Anchor producer India Most Wanted)
